Design, integration and technical support (IP and Optics)
We design and implement transport networks based on the requirements of each client. Once in operation, we provide level 1 support to the installed equipment, as well as extensions (integration of new nodes, capacity expansion of existing nodes, change of equipment), software upgrades and design modifications.
We have the ability to answer technical tickets, interact with other groups or areas of the client, as well as to resolve, document and escalate to manufacturer.
