A New Edition of Isbel Connection in the Dominican Republic Has Concluded!

Yesterday we gathered with clients, partners, colleagues, and industry leaders. In addition to networking, we discussed all of the following:

Rodrigo Sanchez Saenz, from net2phone en español, addressed five key considerations when incorporating AI into our business: -Understanding it as a complement to human agents -Clearly defining our objective -Being transparent with the customer -Recognizing integration as a complex process -Identifying which parts of the customer journey can be automated

Emanuel Guzman, from Heynow, shared insights on the evolution of bots, from basic assistants to generative ones integrated with enterprise systems, and demonstrated the potential of fourth-generation bots with examples and demos.

Jean Fernando Maluf Canela, from APC by Schneider Electric, discussed the role of #datacenters as the heart of the digital world. He also explained how different components (such as UPS systems, cooling systems, racks, among others) work together to enhance their performance.

Jorge Iporre, from Nokia, presented some trends in the electricity sector, the digital transformation cycle in these utilities, the role of private networks, and the new era of data centers.

Additionally, we had the special guest Thais Herrera. Through her experience with various outdoor sports, she inspired us to overcome the obstacles that prevent us from achieving our dreams.
